This has happened to me a few times. Your watching wwe with a friend or family member and it's the first time they ever watch it. Your telling them about every wrestler and awesome things that gave happened in wrestling history and they are starting to get interested in it. Then suddenly out of the blue. A random and stupid segment happens that makes you wish they weren't there and a quiet yet clear facial expression appears on them saying "is this what you waste your life on watching each week". This happened to me a few times. But the most recent was when my uncle and I were at a relatives house and I ask them if I can watch something on the tv. They say that its fine. I turn on raw and they start watching it with me. My uncle keeps telling me that it's fake and asking why do I like it. Half way through my uncle starts actually enjoying it when all of a sudden we get a segment involving peewee Herman and the miz acting like two four year olds and a seven foot big show acting like a retarded dumbass. Then after that you can see that look in their eyes. Then they all just stop paying attention and watching raw. :fpalm :fpalm

I had one a short while back. It wasn't even one of the stupid comedy segments or anything.

It was a Kane promo for god sake! My brother (who used to watch wrestling but now considers it lame) was randomly settling down watch it, when all of a sudden Kane starts screaming into the camera.

The look I got told the very clear message: "you are pathetic, and this is garbage. get a life little bro."

No, because nobody knows I'm a wrestling fan. It's not like I display it openly. My family watched it before I was born, so I watch it with them.

Any time I see someone with a fake WWE title belt out in public it embarrasses the hell out of me since I'm a wrestling fan.

Where the fuck do you see that?

If I ever saw someone with a replica belt in public not at a wrestling show, I would hang myself out of fear for the future.

There was this one time I got embarrased even though all my friends were wrestling fans like me. It was when Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo got married. After that we all took a long break from wrestling. I turned out to be the only one who came back.

There is honestly too many things to count. From Donald Trump vs Rosie O'Donnel, to Hornswoggle, to botchtastic Diva matches, there's too many instances where I would watch with my family (who don't care for wrestling) and feel embarrassed when they pull some stupid segment out of their ass. But then again this is nothing new and will always continue.

I usually watch WWE programming on youtube in my laptop so my family usually don't know when i'm watching wrestling, but sometimes when i watch a divas match and i forget to turn the volume down it sounds like i'm watching porn because of all the screaming and stuff and it's embarrassing when my family hear it, it's usually by accidents though.

Honestly I should retract my statement. I've been watching wrestling since I was toddler with my grandmother and my parents knew I love it. They know it's an entertainment show and they get a good laugh when dumb shit happens on the show.

I watched the Christmas ECW episode where Mark Henry cut a promo in a santa outfit, now that was embarrasing
