I don't think it would make much sense to have Del Rio in there at all. If Booker is taking the title match away, he shouldn't be in the match at all. So I think the match will be Sheamus vs. Randy Orton.

Didn't Booker say that if Del Rio did take legal action against Sheamus, that his match at SS won't be able to happen, so if the match isn't happening anyways, what'd stop Del Rio from doing that....

Though this is WWE, I'm sure they forgot Del Rio/Booker even said that.

They might add Orton but I doubt it given that I didn't see him on Raw...although he probably was there and I missed it since I was playing Arkham City for a lot of the show and just flipping back and forth. Haha.
