Kane's without a shadow of a doubt.

That fucking commentary was other worldly. And the whole set up with Bearer coming out first.... I mark every single time :mark::mark::mark:

*power goes out*
JR: What the hell is this?
Steph: JR, What did you do!?
JR: I didn't do anything Stephanie I promise you....

JR: Wait... who's that.....? That's.... that's Paul Bearer!!!
King: WHAT!?
JR: THAT'S PAUL BEARER!!
*EXPLOSION*
JR: And MAH GAWD THAT'S KANE! Through hell fire and brimstone!

King: Xpac lookout!
JR: Kane wants Xpac! Kane wants any man in front of him!
*Kane proceeds to decimate fucking everybody*

JR Kane is ready to to destroy!

Literally could make a manuscript of the entire segment and read it and that alone be greater than any other return in history.

Came here to post this one. I don't think it's the best ever, but it's my personal favorite. After Kane got so royally screwed by Tori and X-Pac...and seeing Paul Bearer with him again..oh man. It also seemed like Kanes pyro was louder than normal that night. Really added to it.

Personal favorite has to be Cena. He had just come off Neck Surgery and no one even knew he was in the building at the time, the pop was insane aswell. I'll never forget how bad I lost it, as soon as he won it I marked out almost as hard.

That 2002 MSG never ceases to give me goosebumps.

Thats arguably he biggest pop ever in the best venue and HHH's entrance has always been one of the best.
My favourite by a mile.

I thought Rock's return in 2001 was his best comeback ever. Vince and Shane playing tug of war over which side Rock would go to.

My favorite return would either be Austin at Backlash 2000 or The Undertaker at the very next ppv at Judgment Day. Two great returns two big shows in a row.

Triple H at MSG is just incredible. He doesn't get a big pop - he gets a sustained roar, the likes of which you almost never hear. Amazing moment.

I voted for "Other" -- I think the greatest return was Warrior's return at the HOF. It was something that very few ever expected to happen, and looking back in retrospect, the timing was perfect.

Another good one that's not on your list was when Superstar Billy Graham returned in 1983, after many reported that he had died and there was an obituary published, with a new look and gimmick to exact revenge on Bob Backlund.
