We all know that Superstars is the program for the midcard wrestlers (I like the show btw, it's a show where they can be showed), but the veterans like Goldust and Chavo are almost always on Superstars as they are never on RAW/SD anymore.

Just like the Ted Jr. vs. Goldust thread that was created and what was said there, BOTH Goldust and Chavo really deserve praise for their work. They both are veterans and have had a good while in the upper midcard for a while earlier with Goldust as IC Champ and Chavo as Cruiserweight/Tag Team Champ. I think that both of these guys really deserve credit for that work, as they mostly help the young guys get over big time.

I would have loved for Alberto to be on NXT 2 instead of coming straight into Smackdown with a bang, and for his pro to be Chavo, with both being latino it could turn into a good gimmick and when Alberto gets enough heet he can turn on Chavo calling him a disgrace or that he is the better of the two giving him a little feud with Chavo to put him over seeing as Chavo can still go in teh ring and on the mic.

Not sure about Goldust, have mixed fellings about him but Chavo has always been one of my favorites and I really think he deserves better maybe a US/IC title run or soemthing, he is still great at what he does and it pretty much was a spit in the face of the Guerrero Legacy with the HOrnswaggle jobbing.

I honestly believe Chavo could be a tremendous tag team specialist for the remainder of his in-ring career. He's a skilled veteran, so why don't they pair him up with one of these green rookies & allow him to show them how to work?

It just makes sense.

As far as Goldust is concerned, I think the guy still has a lot to offer. In terms of entertainment, he's one of the best. The creative teams seem to like their sophomoric humor, and they'll happily script anybody to be involved with that crap. But here they've got a perfectly good outlet with Goldust, and he's rarely used.

Say what you will, but Goldust has the comedy relief shit down. His timing and diversity is top notch. And, beyond all that, I'm hoping they give him an angle to work with Cody before it's all said & done.

honestly I think they are on Superstars because they just love wrestling and the WWE has enough respect for them that the WWE allows them to work a fairly meaningless show so they are able to "do their job" (no pun intended) and work out their contracts or whatever they have planned

I would love the opportunity to see Chavo go babyface again and actually get some cheers. Not sure how much longer he has in the biz. He still looks in great shape. I just hope he gets to go out w/some dignity and this seems like it would've been the perfect opportunity to do that.

Im glad their on superstars honestly why put them on smackdown and raw only to be jobbed out within 3 minutes every week, at least on superstars you have solid 10-15 minute matches.
