I purchased the glowing name thinggy in the store, and it took my points, but didn't gimme the effect. Either refund my points, make it work, or listen to my bitching.

Maybe it does glow, we just can't see it. I use Mozilla Firefox, with that you can't see some of the features.

edit: It is glowing, in RED. In IE Explorer. Mine glows white as well, I wasn't even aware of that.

yeah. Holy hell, my font is red, i didn't think that worked. It's the other way around, you can see more with Internet Explorer

Yeah, but then you gotta put up with ads and popups and a shitty browser. IMO its worth not seeing annoying colors to use Firefox.
