I know how. I'm just trying to figure out how to explain it in a way that people would understand.
Basically set it up in Photoshop in layers so that all you have to do in ImageReady is click the eye's to turn on and off certain layers. Then when you're ready, you click the button that jumps you to ImageReady on your toolbar(or click ctrl-shift-M). Then you click the eyes in the layers palette until you have the first frame of your animation you want. Then you click the new layer button in the animation window, and do the same with the eyes in the layers palette again, so you have your second frame. Do this for all your frames, until you have your animation you want. Then when you're ready to save, click the little arrow button to the top right of the animation window palette thingy, and click "optimize animation". Click OK or whatever, and then go to file-save optimized as... then save it as a gif.
k try it and see if you understand my way of explaining.
