So far the Fortune-Immortal alliance has been pretty strong. The two groups are still distinct, but there hasn't been any tension yet. Fortune itself has lost two members, rather suddenly, but that's probably for the best.

In the long run, how would you break this alliance?

1) Fortune turns face. Flair is a great heel, but people still love him and want to cheer for him. He would get huge cheers as a face without changing his promos much. AJ and Kaz obviously can do well as faces. Beer Money did alright in their face tease several months ago, but they are probably better as heels. Overall, Fortune are "cool" enough that they'd probably do great as faces, but if you take away Fortune from the alliance who is left to actually wrestle? Abyss, JJ, and Hardy? Not much power there.

2) Hardy turns on everyone. Hardy has taken to calling himself the Anti-Christ of pro wrestling. Hogan and Bischoff made him champion, so if he suddenly becomes too big for them to control that would be a good storyline. I could see Hardy going even darker. Ask Raven for a few ideas and turn Hardy into the most evil character in wrestling history. A couple of problems with this are that turning on Bischoff will always get you sympathy no matter what you do. If Hardy murdered Bischoff's whole family the fans would probably love him for it. Secondly, you can't have one mega-heel and a company full of faces. Third, the darker Hardy gets, the cooler he gets to the adult crowd, the more he gets cheered. Still, imagining a megalomaniac Hardy destroying everyone is very exciting. Who was the last great heel in wrestling?

3) Hogan turns on Fortune. I know most people want Hogan to just leave, but obviously that's not going to happen. The story here would be that while Hogan and Bischoff are busy in court with Dixie, Fortune slowly assumes control of the company. Flair's old resentment of Hogan reignites and he convinces Bischoff to dump Hogan. Fortune remain heels and are available to put on great matches. Hogan could easily turn face and help the young guys bring down Bischoff and Fortune. Hopefully his physical problems would keep him from actually trying to have a match. A face Hogan could conceivably give a good rub to the young guys, though Hogan would have to put more effort into his promos. The bad part here is that turning Hogan wouldn't create any big momentum for a new guy.

Other ideas?

Dixie Carter is probably going to be involved somehow so...

Dixie regains control and pits the factions against eachother. Flair and Hogans rivalry heats up again. Something like that.

I don't think Jeff is good enough on the mic to do a huge heel run by himself. I think thats the reason he keeps doing recorded promos instead of talking in front of a crowd.

I like the idea of Dixie getting the two factions to turn on each other better than the rest, simply because its kind of strange to have that many people in a heel faction. Can you say Wolfpac though???

I say London Brawling joins Immortal. They also continue to employ Gunner and Murphy.

Hogan turns on Flair and drops the leg drops on him continuously in a cage while AJ/Beer Money and Kaz are hand cuffed to the cage.

Kaz gets un-cuffed and boom, he turns on Fortune as well shakes hands with Hogan and turns into Hollywood Kaz. Goes to the top of the cage and drops the Kaz-Shock leg drop on Flair's skull.

Immortal would eventually be...

Hogan & Easy -E
Anti Christ
Double J
Hollywood Kaz
Abyss
Wolfe
Magnus

Special Security Gunner & Murphy. Give them better attire and have them escort Hogan & E everywhere.

Fortune has there back's against the wall, Flair will show us all again he capable of being a great face.
