Former WWE VP of Reality, Promotions and Special Projects Doug Lebow has been working for TNA in production and other aspects of the company. He’s described as “Big” John Gaburick’s new right-hand man. Lebow is someone people really like and worked various roles in WWE for several years. Lebow was in the news last year after it was incorrectly reported online that he passed away.

Promotion as in posters or promotion as in how the show runs?
I take it as promotions like give aways and fan interactions.

What TNA needs is a real good marketing person. I mean the whole "build it and they will come" only works if you build something REALLY REALLY good. And TNA is not there right now. They need to improve of course but they need to let people know they exist.

It's true. Marketing is right now a really big issue in TNA. They need someone who at least remembers to hype their events and advertise their show. Plus, they need to refocus their entire product on rebuilding TNA as a brand that can gather positive momentum among the fans.

The issue with TNA is that they hire absolutely anyone to come out of the WWE system. Not so much in terms of talent anymore but staff wise they pick up a lot of ex WWE guys and they really aren't benefiting TNA's actual shows or promotion etc etc.

Don't know much about this guy. He could be a great promotions man but if TNA is going to give him a thousand dollar budget to advertise a House Show he's quickly going to turn into a bad promotions man, TNA needs more money ultimately.
