tbh I would wait with Claudio until they officially get Chris Hero, so they can come up as a tag team.
Of others there, Tyler Black and Dean Ambrose seem like top picks.

And also Richie Steamboat, but WWE seems to keep him down there until they get everything ready for the 2nd generation/3rd generation superstars NxT season.

You realised you posted this in General WWE? I had never even heard of this FED before this thread.

 

fpalm FCW is WWE's training facility.

It's also pretty terrible. I don't follow it, but most of the guys who come out of there aren't ready to be on tv, so at this point, I'd say only call up the guys who are already experienced. Leave whoever is still learning the craft there.

 

I did browse through a recent episode of it and I did think it was pretty awful. I know it's a training facility and all, but god damn. I'd honestly release 50% of the guys their that really don't seem to be making progress and refill it with guys on the current WWE roster that needs improvement. It would stop WWE from being so over-populated. I'd keep Claudio their until Hero signs up and bring them to the main roster. Tyler Black should come up as well.

 

Antonio Cesaro should stay in the tag division, imo. He would take the current division by storm.

 

Bo when he comes back from injury. Right now though, Rollins.

Nobody at the moment. WWE has a bad habit of bringing these guys in too early then just sending them back after a failed push.

dean ambrose because he's awesome

 

Dean Ambrose will be the new IWC darling.

 

I freaking love Moxley, guy reminds me so much of a Jake Roberts in terms of old school charisma.

Cesaro, Rollins, and Steamboat are the real deal.

 

Right now nobody, since there is already too many FCW guys that have debuted already, most of them came from NXT.

FCW is so inconsistent. I know that it's a training place and all and so they'll play around with gimmicks, but some guys change their gimmicks weekly. Is Husky Harris still doing the Mankind rip off thing?

I'm gonna highlight some of the less-obvious choices.

.Tito really needs to be called up to tag with Primo, that's the only way either one of them will ever get anywhere in the WWE.

.It's a shame that Conor O'Brien is a two-time loser on NXT. The guy's good, I see some of Sean O'Haire in him.

.WWE needs to sign Jay Lethal and have him reunite Lethal Consequences with Xavier Woods. Think of this tag division:

Add the singles teams (Air Boom, The Guererro Gang, & Awesome Truth if they stay together), and that's not a bad starting point for a fresh tag team scene.

 

Ambrose and Rollins should be called up sometime in 2012. They both have a decent amount of experience and have outstanding overall ability. This is a great match

I'd wait for Hero (they better fucking sign him) to bring up KOW, and keep Steamboat down there maybe another year.

These 5 are the future of the WWE imo.

 

Why is Tyler Black still down there?

 

Doing what most indie talent do when they join the E: Unlearn everything and learn the "WWE" style

 

Dean Ambrose is the man. He needs to be on tv now. Guys like Seth Rollins and Richie Steamboat should get called up in the next few months as well.

Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins should be called up to RAW or SD! by the end of 2011. Richie Steamboat should be called up in the beginning of 2012. As others have said I'd wait for them to sign Hero then have KOW go up to the main roster immediately.
