First hour of NXT to air live on USA Network and second hour to stream live on WWE Network on Sept. 18 and 25

The historic debut of WWE NXT on USA Network is fast approaching, and WWE.com has you covered with important details on how to catch all the action of the first two live episodes.

The episodes on Wednesday, Sept. 18 and Sept. 25, will air as follows:

The first hour will air live on USA Network starting at 8/7 C
The second hour will stream live on the award-winning WWE Network at 9/8 C. The second hour will then be immediately available for on-demand viewing on WWE Network.
Already announced for the Sept. 18 episode is a huge NXT North American Title bout between champion Velveteen Dream and challenger Roderick Strong of The Undisputed ERA, as well as a Triple Threat Match featuring Bianca Belair, Io Shirai and Mia Yim to determine the next challenger to NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler.

Don’t miss out on a second of the action when the gold standard in sports-entertainment goes live later this month!

USA will begin to air the full two hour live NXT show on 10-2, coincidentally the same day as AEW's first weekly TV show.

Suits has its last two episodes on the nights that WWE lists as being split into TV and then network. After that though, NXT will get the full two hours on USA.

This is dumb. The people checking it out before AEW's debut, and you're trying a backdoor into getting more Network subs. Seems like you need to give people an idea what the show, the complete show is going to be like.

This wasn't a WWE decision. This was a decision by USA Network, I guess.

That seems unnecessarily confusing.

Suits is still on? I thought they cancelled it when Rachel Zane became Duchess of Sussex

You think that's confusing.

Just wait until it's announced the third hour will be on MTV, with the second hour of Raw being moved to the Hallmark Channel before returning back to USA for the third hour, while the first half hour of Smackdown will be shown on PBS with the second half of the second hour streamed on Disney's streaming app, with half of WWe's first quarter of programming being available anytime on Netflix and the audio of three forths of WWe's third quarter of programming being available on NPR's website.

If the reason was because of another program. Then Have the show ... oh I don't know... ONE HOUR. Then change to two in a couple of weeks. Don't split it up, it will anger new watchers who don't have the network. What will the "main event" on NXT will be in the second hour and on the network? for those weeks. So stupid. That's bad marketing.
