Anyways, its just a brush for the BG, that kinda sux.
But I like the text, and the slight bevel and emboss around it. I'd just work on the BG more. Add stuff, etc.

What I do it duplicate the BG, put the fill to zero, and go to Layer<Layer Style< Stroke. Put stroke on the inside. I usually have 3-piece borders.

For a border, create a new layer. Edit>Stroke. 1 pixel white inside. Or for double border you can do 2 pixels inside with a color and 1 pizel inside with a different color. Oh, the banner sucks.


Actually, its pretty good for you first. Keep working with the effects and the bg.
