Well that sucks for TNA fans that wanted to see him used but great for ROH/Indy fans because now he'll be able to wrestle more regularly for those companies. Can't see Sabin staying long either.
Alex Shelley will be leaving TNA when his contract expires, which is imminently. It was his decision not to renew.

Reports were swirling around a year and a half that WWE were interested in Beer Money, but not as a tag team, but as singles. Turns out they're great singles wrestlers but when they were the hottest tag team in the biz, allegedly the WWE didn't want them as a team. So if somehow Sabin and Shelly ends up in the WWE there's no garuntee that they will be a team. Personally I think it sucks that Shelly is leaving. After all the hype over the MCMG's returning, I thought they would be something big in TNA, especially Shelly. If he leaves and Sabin not is only one more indy guy, but if Sabin leaves too...WWE will have the greatest tag team of today to contract.
They already contracted a great tag team. They split them upIf he leaves and Sabin not is only one more indy guy, but if Sabin leaves too...WWE will have the greatest tag team of today to contract.
As opposed to ROH, where he'd merely be paid like one. If he's smart he'd go to WWE. He might not get used much, or have to spend time in FCW, but the pay would be much better. His best bet is to go to ROH. If he was underutilized in TNA, he'll be treated like a pauper in WWE.
