Interesting Eric Bischoff sais he has no involvement with talent signing, on Impact he spend alot of time riding the praise of Jeff Hardy and alot of Immortal. Maybe it's just a worked storylne and he is not so involved behind the scenes.

Bischoff is just a TV personality. That's all. He has no involvement anywhere else.
