They had one celebrity, who did some weird shit that was deleted from the tapes later on.

The DNC had at least 3 actresses and the fucking Foo Fighters performing.
Yeah, and they cancelled a day and moved to a smaller venue because they couldn't fill seats. And even at the smaller venue they still gave tickets away. What a joke.

scrilla, I am not living in a fantasy world by clearly stating that I don't think Romney is a favorite, but to say that he has no chance makes you the one in a fantasy world. Look at the electoral map, there are ~8 states clearly up for grabs. Numerous combinations of the remaining swing states lead to a Romney win, and most are entirely possible, same goes for Obama. This doesn't sound like a fantasy to me. If you're going to keep bringing up absurd points with not only no evidence to support them, but evidence to go directly against them, let me know because we can stop this argument now.

It was pretty much a tight race in '08 until September and October when the economy tanked. The race was still up for grabs until that point. After that, it was all Obama as McCain was seen as nothing more than a repeat of Bush (even though the economy had been doing fine for 6 years). Plus, Obama was seen as a fresh face in politics.

Now, Obama's act is played out. The economy is teetering right now, it might not take much to send it spiralling down and making '08 look like nothing. Plus, Obama has alienated many of our allies and emboldened our enemies. He was supposed to be a post-racial president, but his group plays the race card every chance they get.

I am voting for Romney, as I think right now he's the one to get the debt reduced and jumpstart our economy again. Obama's had 4 years to get this done, and he hasn't.

If I were American I would vote neither Obama or Romney. If I had to choose one it would be Gary Johnson but most likely I just wouldn't vote.

There never was a "post-racial" period when Obama was elected. When's the last time Obama ever "played" the "race card"?

How is Romney going to jumpstart our economy and reduce unemployment by outsourcing jobs and neglecting the middle class?

The idea was that Obama would be elected and he would not play racial politics. He did so with the "Beer Summit", when he backed the black Harvard Law Professor over the white cop in Cambridge, MA, without looking at all the facts.

What Romney will do is stop the uncertainty of the tax situation and by doing so allow more companies to actually spend to create jobs instead of holding onto the money which they are doing right now. Obama's the one that's ready, in the meantime, to send everyone's taxes through the roof while trying to determine how to at least temporarily extend the tax cuts.

Everyone knew the facts. The cops were wrong. You make it seem like a black person has never been wronged by the police. Even with the theme of race omitted, anyone would say that the cops were wrong. Could the Professor have handled the situation better? Of course.

That's your only example? He didn't even make a big issue out of it. Someone asked him about it and he gave a brief answer. You're reaching.

I can speak freely as an outsider here. I'm Canadian and we are a pretty political bunch not just with our own politics but with world politics. I don't think the U.S. realizes how they are precieved by the outside world.

You voted in Bush twice. First time was kinda funny but second time was wtf???

We don't see you as the world super power anymore cause honestly China pretty much owns you guys now you owe so much thanks to a false war.

As for now there looks to be a large batshit crazy portion of you that wants to elect Romney. Fine go ahead elect a guy thats clearly distructive for your country. As for other countries you'll be a joke again.

I agree, America has indeed fallen low....

If we're taking judgement from Canada. :kobe

If you want, fill in the swing states this map gives and see who you honestly think will win. Looking at different scenarios, there are dozens of possible ways this election could go within 5 points either way. We're in for a close one.

No matter whether Obama or Romney is elected our debt to China will only increase until both parties restructure themselves entirely. Obama will lead us to the poorhouse with outdated Keynesian economic policies and when it comes to military matter Romney will increase the debt because he is following the NeoCon wing of the Republican Party stuck in a cold war mindset.
