I like the idea. I've been thinking about it and Del Rio/Edge just doesn't seem like a Wrestlemania main event to me so I feel like they do need to add something to it. Adding Christian doesn't exactly make it a massive match or anything but it would at least tie in a couple of feuds here and there and make it a bit bigger.

Edge is world champion, Del Rio won the royal rumble, Christian got injured by Del Rio, Christian is Edge's former partner. The feuds/history do tie in well, so you never know.

Honestly, I think Kane will win the title back at EC and face Del Rio at Mania. I think Edge vs Christian will happen, but not for the title. I can't really see Edge turning heel, unless they play an angle where Christian tries to help Edge, but accidentally cost him the title at EC and Edge gets pissed and turns on Christian. Edge is the more successful one, but they usually have the least successful one play heel in a story like this.

Maybe it's a far fetched prediction, but after he pulled that unprettier, it just seems like they are hinting at a match. Edge vs Christian has years of story behind it. I don't think they would overshadow Del Rio's push, by making this a Triple Threat Match.

Looks like the most likely option for SD tbh.

I doubt they would go with Del Rio vs Edge for WM, considering they've been facing each other in pointless SD tag matches. Plus on the road to WM they usually have something more than just heel vs face, they need a storyline and with this three way it sounds more like it.

I've seen you post the same negative response to every topic about Christian, you claim to be his "number one peep" when all you do is reiterate that the WWE doesn't care about him. You're ignoring the obvious, WWE's been trying their best to have the fans remember Christian, not to mention at the Slammy's Christian kept reminding us of what happened with Del Rio. They know an Edge vs. Christian match would draw, and they know that adding Del Rio would make the match alot better. I remember an interview with Edge last year saying that when he's at the twilight of his career, he'd like to reunite with Christian again and seeing as Edge is probably on his last legs, maybe that's just what he's trying to do. He's trying to get his association with Christian over with the current crop of audience that either don't remember, or wasn't around to witness them reeking of awesomeness together.

And besides, the Kane thing would seem incredibly rushed if it were to happen.
