Not realy no. TNA always get a new girl, give them the title, let her win against everyone, and than drop it to the next one, who will do the same.

Everyone having held the title at one point is simply the result of a small division. I really don't think that should negatively impact the prestige of a title. It's still treated as important and the champion is almost always the focal point of the division.
