If heel, will be cool. I know that Legend Killer won't happen again, but alas, a boy can dream...
Maybe they can take "burying young stars" and turn it into a gimmick? "Rookie Killer"?

If he returns as his face/tweener persona, well, that is a bit meh, unless booked very well; Like when he was facing Barrett.

WWE needs Orton back, he's one of the top guys in the company. Hopefully he comes back as that badass heel in 2009. I think it would be cool to see Orton vs Punk at SummerSlam but that won't happen. He's one of my favorite wrestlers and a great talent.

They seem to be doing fine without him.

Not like he was really doing anything important before his suspension anyways. 2012 has seen Orton basically become an afterthought in the upper midcard scene.

Yea ok. He's way better than the current WHC by a mile. I agree Orton had Been boring lately but that can change easily.

Hair? Really?
Rko out of nowhere? Not so much... It's less predictable than a Brogue Kick and Randy Savage Elbows these days.
His theme - I have always been meh about it. It's not bad, but Burn In My Light was just better as a theme, and, personally, as a song.

Viper moves - He is a great in-ring performer. You can like his style or not, just like how you can like Punk's style, Bryan's style, Rock's style, Sheamus' style, Jericho's style... You just can't call him "bad" if you don't like it.

His voice suits him as a methodical heel.
When he is face/tweener, sure, it's not as natural. However, honestly, I always thought that people over-exaggerated with the hate on his voice. I don't mind it at all, thought I objectively see the possible issue. Makes him seem unique.

To tell you the truth, I'd forgotten all about him. Wouldn't mind seeing him back though, can't have too many main event guys on the roster.

If I knew he was going to be a heel, then I'd miss him I guess. As a face? Not at all. Boring face, but a great heel.

He should do the following

A) Return
B) Jack "This Fire Burns" music that CM Punk had (he originally wanted it)
C) Take the title from CM Punk....in Chicago
D) Tell Chicago that they're sucky fans, that the Cubs are shit, and that the Heat will own the East for years cause D Rose is done.

He'd be well on his way to a heel worthy of throwing trash at. Something we haven't had in seemingly ages now. And he could pull it off masterfully. I want a heel that I want to legit stab back in the WWE.
