Due to the news that ISIS supposedly made a threat to Survivor Series, I HOPE we hear a bunch of FUCK ISIS, USA! USA! Chants, or just people having fun...

I hope not, it's a real turn off for a UK fan watching a load of pro-American propaganda. In terms of an anti-ISIS chant, that would be funny but not sure the American fans are whitty enough to come up with anything

If they want to chant USA, go ahead, but don't do it towards a heel. Chant it at the beginning of the show when no one's out there. Chanting it towards a heel just feels cheap and takes away at why they're chanting it.
It has nothing to do with Del Rio, it has to do with a defiant stance against ISIS and how their threats won't stop or change how people live their lives.
I know you're not advocating it, but chanting it at Del Rio in the face of the ISIS threats is pretty damn racists.

If we do, it would just show how dumb people are. There has been NO threat. Anonymous have confirmed this themselves. The story is BOGUS. Even HHH in his statement said they & the authorities were completely unaware of any specific threat against the event.

Both the FBI and WWE have released statements that they were aware of the threat and were investigating.
There was just no CREDIBLE threat that they were aware of which pretty much means the threat did not come
directly from ISIS and the intelligence was not gathered by a government agency.
