What would be the purpose? Unless Miz walks into Raw looking like he came for wwe all-stars chances are he isn't.
Edge used HGH which is a type of steroid but its to heal from injury, its not the same thing they use to get that "cut" look (I don't think, I'm not 100% sure). But Anderson/Kennedy's cubby ass was on roids too, I wonder where they went.....ugh nevermind.

Pretty much what you said.. Steroids can be used to heal injuries faster as well. You aren't going to look jacked up unless you use a lot.
