TNA house show report
January 29, 2011
London, England
Report by Mohammad Z., PWTorch reader

I went to the Wembley Arena show today and it was a capacity crowd. It was jam-packed with just a few seats empty here and there at the back. Dixie Carter claimed it was the largest crowd in TNA history.

Jeremy Borash did his whole schtick with the backstage passes to get the crowd going.
from some guy who attended.

They go to NYC and draw 8k. Go to London and draw 10k.

It looks like if they want real big crowds, they need to go directly to huge markets.

Dixie said they set a new record.
Why wouldn't they bring a TV crew with them and tape a couple of impacts there in front of much larger crowds than they draw here in the U.S.?

Edit: Remember at the end of WCW when they went to Australia sold out shows? It was so weird because here in the U.S. at the time they were barely drawing 2,000 fans to the shows.
