I deposited around 1100 points yesterday with no problem. When I went back to the forum main I noticed I had negative points. Also, the bank link in the store is gone. What happened

I checked my purchase history and it appears all my points are there. I still don't know how I deposited money into the bank and got a negative balance, even though I have over 10000 points. Anyway, thanks guys.
