I don't think he'll be at 'Mania. Stone Cold even said he thought Punk will return @ 'Mania - but the only way I see that happening is if in fact they've booked Punk versus Stone Cold for 'Mania 31's Main Event (meaning Punk would have signed a one year extension on his current deal, which itself is unlikely) - with that being the reason Austin will be at 'Mania - to set it up...

Based on everything I know of the situation, I'd be more than extremely surprised to see Punk back. More surprised than if the streak ended and Bryan got beaten by HHH straight away.
Granted DDP and Austin have met Punk personally, unlike us, I think Punk fans might understand the situation just as well, or at least the ones who've obsessively followed every interview, DVD, etc. he's done.

That's a bit of an unfair assessment, considering that this 'Mania is already guaranteed to have the lowest PPV butyrate due to the Network launch (with the Network airing the show)... That said, Vince probably did have some pull in getting Austin to be at the show, and Punk (if in the less than 1 percent chance - he does show up at 'Mania)....
