Hi guys, new dude here. Go easy, haha...

Reading various sites & talking to a friend last night, I've been thinking of how to book Bryan at Summerslam (in terms of the main event scene) without the event being stale.

Take Bryan for instance. Presuming he walks into SS as the champ, who does he face:?
Orton/HHH/Batista - does anyone really want to see that again?
Cena? - boring. Wouldn't interest anyone
Kane? I don't think the feud will carry on through to SS in my opinion?

Who does that leave then?
Cesaro? Wyatt? Punk/Lesnar?

It just has me curious.

Fire at will...

Cena/Bryan II at Summerslam WOULD interest people, their match last year was not shit, noway near as good as Lesnar/Punk but not shit.
I thought Cena/Bryan was just as good as Lesnar/Punk, but for different reasons. Meltzer even gave both the same rating, so I wouldn't say Cena/Bryan can't touch Punk/Lesnar. Both were great, but for completely different reasons.

Anyway, I think this would be a great SummerSlam headliner. I'd rather see Bryan vs Lesnar (so the two main events last year combine into one) headline, but maybe there's a cool way for Bray/Cena to transition into one of them getting a shot at SummerSlam.

The ending rleally kicked off Bryan's road to Wrestlemania. Could maybe do something different for say Cesaro this year?

Depending which heel they are pushing near SS, Bryan could end up having a match with Bray, Orton or even Kane. I personally would love for a Bray vs Bryan. :mark:

It's too soon for Cesaro, and Wyatt probably won't have much momentum when Cena finishes having his way with him. Lesnar would make sense though. Storyline-wise, he does have unfinished business with Orton and Wyatt.

I think that Bryan may not be champion by Summerslam, but he could be in the hunt for it. I'm not expecting the WWE to go with Bryan beyond Payback.

Anyways, assuming that Bryan does have the belt going into Summerslam, I think his opponent is going to be Broke the Laser.

Batista will definitely have the belt by the time that his movie premieres. I assume Bryan will either have his rematch at summerslam or he'll be feuding with another up and comer.

WWE Needs a new phenom/supernatural type wrestler.

Kane can no longer fill those shoes, WWE blew it back in 2003 when they unmasked him. Undertaker is almost done.

It's been 10 years and WWE hasn't even attempted to fill in replacement type personas, and no Bray Wyatt is not that type of character.

Back when I was a teen, I was hyped for Austin vs The Undertaker at Summerslam '98. I wanted to see Undertaker win the belt again and become 3 time champion.
