LOS ANGELES, CA - more people in the area to improve the TV product and more opportunities for wrestlers to partake in outside projects and close enough to get some decent Mexican Talent.

1: It has to be something fans can chant. British Wrestling Organisation - BWO ;)
2: Britain, we have a huge gap in the market over here for a localised wrestling organisation to take over, there's still a gap left by world of sport in the 70's.
3: You can be PG but still put on bad ass shows. Probably be a PG show but with an edgyness to it, head chair shots, etc.
4: The main heavyweight title. Then light heavyweight title for the cruiserweight type people. Tag belts, and of course, bring back the European title!
5: Zack Sabre Jr, Daniel Bryan, Shelton Benjamin, CM Punk, Matt Morgan. A nice mix in there.
6: Near the end of every month.
7: Sunday nights. Every body's in, friday and saturday for most people are spent with friends. Sundays are spent at home, so Sunday night.
8: Well every Sunday night on TV, then a show every Tuesday on the road for the fans. That would be it.
9: J.B.L and William Regal.
10: Paul Heyman.
11: Absolutely not.

What would you do to distinguish yourself?: Study the mainstream and try to offer the opposite. Better tag team action, more variety of styles and talent, etc.

First five guys I'd sign: Low Ki, Michael Elgin, Kyle O'Reilly, Adam Cole, Willie Mack

When I'd run my PPV's: 5 PPV's a year. January, April, July, October, December.

What nights I'd want my TV shows on: Thursday nights.

Road Schedule: Saturdays only

Announcers: Being realistic, I'm not sure.

Booking: Myself

Align myself with other promotions?: Sure.

I've got another good idea.

1. World Wrestling Entertainment

2. We'd go worldwide, but officially located in Connecticut.

3. The greatest wrestler of all time going over everybody despite getting a consistently negative reaction.

4. I'd have 6 including the Divas title, but only 1 would mean anything.

5. John Cena, John Cena, John Cena, John Cena, John Cena

6. Once per month.

7. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday normally, but have another developmental show that's not on Television.

8. 5 or so.

9. Michael Cole and Jim Ross

10. Myself

11. Nope.

Awesome thread, really got my creative juices flowing

1. What would you name the Federation? The Underground :avit:

2. Where would you locate the Federation and why? A tv studio that was transformed to look like an underground fight club type feel, hiring non-geeky looking extras to stand around in the background, giving it an ECW type environment.. image-wise, think the Brock super-fan. Real fans with neckbeards and glasses can stand behind the paid extras if they want, but they can move a bit closer if they're loud and rowdy.

3. What would you do to distinguish yourself in the marketplace?
Above is self-explanatory, but also, it would be in something kind of like a UFC cage, but with ropes and the shape of a square, but with metal edges outside the ropes like in Elimination Chamber. So kind of a Elimination Chamber/UFC cage hybrid.

Also, the wrestling style would mostly be brawling/hardcore and a complete revitalisation on wrestling as we know it. I would make sure wrestlers knew they had to model their matches on real fighting styles, but they still had room to add gimmicks and semi-unrealistic wrestling manouevers - as long as they could work it in to a realistic looking shoot-style fight.

The show would be heavily promo and skits based, with only 1 or 2 matches per show, 3 at a push. Matches go about 10 minutes at the very most usually, so when you get a 20-25 minute match, it's really special. I would build up to a "Main event" on every show, heavily relying on great promo work and backstage skits/storylines.

There would also be a very "sports-like" feel, in that there is a rankings system every guy moves up and down, but I would leave it open enough to work feuds and stuff in with it.

4. How many titles would you have?
One, the Undergroud Fighting Championship. Whoever holds it is the top dog in the company, and everyone else is aiming for that spot.

5. Who would be the first 5 guys you'd sign?
You couldn't really sign anyone too huge for too long with 25mil, but i did save by filming in a TV studio. I would also film 3 episodes per shoot, to save on costs, and because there is no tour, I save a tonne of money there. All money is made from ads, merchandise and such.

5 guys isn't enough to start a place with, but here are the 5 I would build the company around with that kind of money:

- Brock Lesnar.. I would go all out to get him and make him the face of the company. It's an easy and light schedule, and he wouldn't be fighting on every shoot (I would space fights out a lot) so I think it would agree with his lifestyle.
- Kurt Angle.. Probably also commands a high wage packet, but his style of wrestling and personality would fit perfectly for this
- Daniel Bryan.. would be perfect in an "underdog" role, and is a great in-ring worker
- Alberto Del Rio.. MMA skills, great worker and cool in-ring style that would go well with the product.
- Wade Barrett.. great style that would be perfect for this, could work as a heel or face

Like I said, 5 isn't enough, but if I had to sign some less well-known talent to surround the fave five I would go for.. Samoa Joe, MVP, Magnus, The Briscoe Brothers (as singles wrestlers), Percy Watson, Titus O'Neil, Santino Marella..

Yes.. I said Santino. I would repackage him as a total underdog wrestler, in jeans or something and stupid t-shirts, with a proper Italian guido look. I think he could look like a badass, and he would also bring a bit of lightheartedness to an overly-badass TV show.

Also, I would have my head writer be an on-screen talent as a manager, or GM.. Vince Russo. Amazing mic skills and automatic heel heat.

And you need ladies, so I would pick up Mickie Jamies, Maria, Angelina Love and Velvet Sky. No womens wrestling on the show, but their presence would be needed to counter-balance the amount of macho guys. Maybe there would be special occasions were we could find these girls in matches, if they had storylines built up enough.

6. When would you run PPV's?
Never, it's an outdated and unnecessary model. Everything would be done on weekly TV, but I would build up to occasional "Sunday Supershows", about 4 times a year, that would be aired on ESPN. Unlike the TV show, these shows would be more match-heavy, with longer matches. Ad money $$$. Lots of ads between the fights to capitalise on it.

7. What Nights would you want your TV Show On?
Friday night at 11pm, as well as a 1 hour Sunday morning "analysis" show, which would also have 1 token mid-card/jobber match. But most of the show would have a panel of experts talking about the fights as if they were real.

8. Road Schedule/Touring - How many shows would you run a Month and what nights?
2 recordings per month, with 2/3 shows recorded on each, however many is necessary. They would be shot over 2 days, to save workers having to fly out often. I would also allow all my workers to work any non-televised indie shows, if they want to make more money elsewhere.. with the condition that my writing team can revise the booking of the shows, so they are not booked to be weak.

9. Who would be your announcers?
Ken Shamrock on colour commentary and Tony Schiavone as play-by-play. Also, I would have guest commentators on almost every match, so it would pretty much be a 3-man or even 4-man booth at all times.

10. Who would you hire to Book & Manage?
Easy: Vince Russo. I want this promotion to succeed and be entertaining/original.

11. Would you align yourself with anyother promotions?
Nope. If I have ESPN behind me, I don't need to ally myself with anyone else. At best, I would form a talent initiative with some indie feds to sign any half-decent talent/bring in jobbers.

This is a tough one(apologizes for any copies posted here).

1. National Wrestling League
2. Dallas, Texas. Good history and no state income tax.
3. Feature Cruiserweights and have all the theme music created from Indy/Underground Hip-Hop and Rock bands.
4. Five. Heavyweight, Internet, Tag, Cruiserweight and a Women's title. The Heavyweight Championship will be defended at least once a month with a cash bonus if the Title is defended on the webcast kayface-wise (Only once a month as well). The Internet Title will be defended at every Webcast.
5. Dream-wise. Austin Aries, R-truth, Dean Ambrose, CM Punk, Naomi.
6. Every other month.
7. Wednesdays will a repeat after RAW. Also have the B-show on EPSN's site on Tuesdays.
8. Tough one. I would have from three to four shows from Friday night to Sunday Nights on a non-competing PPV and Sunday afternoons on competing Sundays.
9. Joey Styles and I would give John Danzig a tryout.
10. Yes. Chikara, NJPW, and AAA.

1. What would you name the Federation?
New Breed Wrestling

2. Where would you locate the Federation and why?
No idea somewhere in the states i am an aussie and have no real clue

3. What would you do to distinguish yourself in the marketplace?
At the moment it wouldnt be that hard just be a little unpredictable without re-writing the shows as they air

4. How many titles would you have?
Would have to start with 3 World, National(or some midcard) and tag then as u grow add a lightweight title

5. Who would be the first 5 guys you'd sign?
Free reign u sign Cena biggest name u would be made not too. Then Ziggler, Punk, Sheamus and then Angle/Roode/Styles either of the 3

6. When would you run PPV's?
every 2nd month

7. What Nights would you want your TV Show On?
what ever u could lol get as much as often as u can

8. Road Schedule/Touring - How many shows would you run a Month and what nights?
No idea about that stuff so would be getting someone with a good brain for it in.

9. Who would be your announcers?
the Miz and Edge would make an amazing pair

10. Who would you hire to Book & Manage?
Honestly i would run a contest and find some new writers with new ideas. Wrestling fans are always the best minds to have coming up with ideas then u would find a level honest head to be a general manager to implement those ideas.

11. Would you align yourself with any other promotions?
Yes with anyone bigger then my promotion then i would cut them off when i got bigger.
