On the other hand... I've heard people defend these comments before, but the second video was from a satellite feed with commentary not meant to be heard by a wider audience.

Just people calling out AEW fans for co-opting a serious social issue to try to cancel someone they don’t like because he’s critical of their favourite wrestling show. It was a dumb thread to make by Operator, but he always kinda makes dumb threads. But it just feels like everybody throwing around the racist title not because anything may or may have been not racist, but just to make the other side look bad. Dumb tribalism bullshit basically.

I scrolled by and saw the thumbnail, and at first glance it seemed incredibly sus, and if I were him I'd probably change it. Looking at it and realizing what it actually was about its fine, but I can't blame anybody who doesn't watch any Cornette for looking at it weirdly for a moment. I don't think it's racist to initially find it suspect.
