i have paint shop pro, and i can get the psp's but after that i'm stumped. how do i resize them and but them infront of a background?

if you gave me a tutorial that would be splendid.

You probaly meant PSDs.And you probaly dont got Winzip or some program like that so when you download a PSD you cant open them cause they are in a zip file.Just open the PSD and copy and paste onto the background.
