I've been back following new japan recently and I know their roster pretty well. I'm not very familiar with the other big 3 (I didn't include dragon gate because it's mainly smaller guys). if those three were to be merged, who would be the top guys if they were all together?

Good question I have wondered this myself

I not really familiar with wrestle 1 and especially All Japan. Atlhough not all in the ME scene, I think some of their big names would be:
- KENTA
- Marafuji
- Nagata
- Kanemoto
- Tanaka
- Saguira
-Morishima
- Funaki
- Minoru

It would be the best group of talent outside the WWE and CMLL. Right now the Japanese industry can handle at best maybe one other 'big' promotion besides New Japan, but there have been too many splits, not enough intelligent management, and there isn't enough quality talent amongst all three rosters to make it work on their own. Each roster is heavily depleted by itself. They need to work it out, and they won't.
