Well I bought a coloured username... but I want to take it off and use the default one for a while, how do I do this? I've seen some people who had a colored one go back to the default, and some people have bought multiple ones. I'm just wondering how you switch from one color to another.

Well, when you have once bought a Colored Username, you can change it free. That cost's nothing.

Go to the Store and choose "Colored Username". Select "Change Color" and there's an option for removing the colour altogether.

When i click on colored username it just says you do not have enough points.

Do you have to have 700 points to just access the controls? Is a mod capable of changing my colour?

It costs nothing to change it once you have bought the colored username option, however, you do need to have the 700 points to change it, I believe.

Yeah 700 points you must have,but when change it,it cost nothing.

As Nitemare's explained before, it's how the coding for the store works. As Dc. said, you need the points (not in the bank, either, you have to physically have them) but they won't be taken.
