I've always hated him. The only difference his heel turn makes is that I'm "supposed" to hate him.

Agreed. Matthews does a good job, but his personality lacks impact.Cole was very funny tonight. WWE just needs a face to call the action while Cole bashes everything. Matthews is okay but Cole overpowers him, and Josh has trouble calling the match. Cole needs to know when to settle down so that can happen.
