I also don't really consider Charlotte to be 'hot', but that's subjective, if you like her looks, all the more power to you.
As a performer, i think she's 4th best in the current division, behind Sasha, Becky and Paige, and i don't just say that just because of her gimmick. I think she's very good, don't get me wrong. She's very athletic and she's an impressive wrestler, but i think she lacks in psychology when it comes to her in ring work. Her promo skills are lacking, she comes across as pretty robotic most of the time. She also doesn't have a great deal of charisma.
With that said, if she drops the whole Ric Flair's daughter angle and just goes back to being the heel Charlotte from NXT which got her over in the first place, i think she'll flourish, she's a natural heel and she seems to be going down that path which can only be a good thing.
