who can i PM to change my name?

You need 500 points, which you clearly have. Then you click on the Store buttom, then click on change User name and follow the insturctions given...
Edit: To make it easyer ive taken some Screen Shots anway first you click on where i circled red...

Then you click on which i circled red again...
