What does it mean by someone's post where you can click on a link that will challenge that person, what does it mean to challenge someone? amd what happens when you click the link anyway? Thanks.

WEForums has an arcade, yes. See the top of the forum? Look at the links there. "User CP," "Store," "Arcade," etc.
