Ziggler doesn't need a manager. Managers are only to get workers over who don't have the charisma to work the mic. Ziggler has charisma. The only way it would work is if Ziggler gets as much mic time as Flair, IMO, which wouldn't happen.
They do seem like a great pairing though, in theory.
There is no way that Ric Flair is coming back after his little financial-retirement-Hulk Hogan-TNA-Eric Bischoff-DixieCarter-Domestic Abuse-Bankrupt troubles are remembered by Vince. A good altenative though is for Ziggler to kick the shit outta Sheamus in order to prevent himself from becoming the next Billy Gunn. Plain and simple
Why do some Ziggler mark always want this? if Flair is paired up with Dolph (for some strange stupid reason) then he immediately going to outshine him just like Vickie is doing currently except Flair is going to do it 100x time worst.
Ziggler need to step up on his own to prove is he even that good in other attributes including mic work cause one promo with Foley (which any wrestler on the roster like Tyson Kidd could do to get cheap heat) is not going to determine you a good mic worker no matter how many of his blind marks say he is by just going by that single night.
He'd be great with Ziggler, but Dolph doesn't really need a mouthpiece. If they want him to get heat then he's better off sticking with Vicky, she never gets cheered, with Flair you'd know he'd be cheered out of respect in a lot of places. It would make sense putting Flair with someone who isn't that hot on the mic, maybe Ryback once his streaks a bit further down the line.
