So I've been trying to recently become less of a cynic in regards to wrestlers I don't know. There's so much wrestling on air now days it's hard to keep up with all of the new talents.

Penta is relatively new to my radar,I don't keep up with AEW but I do believe he was in LUCHA underground? I vaguely remember seeing that face paint and attire.


Now he's been really,REALLY,REALLY disappointing in the ring. Since he came to WWE,now I know "mistakes happen" "human and the sorts".

But,BUT he's been constantly under performing and botching up a hot storm. Not just a one night thing,he's giving really plodding and lackluster performances.

He seems to be over with the crowd. I would love to get into him because he's actually a pretty cool character. But I am losing interest because of the botching.


Just like Jey USO,i wouldn't oppose him being WHC or even WWE if he had his ring skills in order.


You don't have to be prime Kurt angle or Bob Holly in ring. But make sure you're not out there giving Rosa Mendez.

It seems like a lot of botching has been happening across the wwe landscape. So I'm not singling him out specifically.


Did you guys happen to see Trick and Jevon vs Ethan and Wes. The ending was quite the botch sequence.

Hopefully he can win me back with a masterful Lucha performance at Mania?

I’ve never been into Luchadors but I’m pretty impressed with what I see when he comes out. Unique look, brings a good energy to the crowd, don’t really see what the problem is. Seen way worse lucha’s over the last decade

He is the most charismatic luchador they've had since Rey Mysterio. That said, he has been unremarkable inside the ropes.

Sadly yes.. LU failed on the finances front.. BUT they were unmatched in, unlike WWE who doesn't, ACTUALLY caring about what they put on the air. Actually caring about making their wrestlers look better, and not worse in the ring. They gave people who needed them managers, let the performer kick ass in the ring, and let the managers be fun. They let the characters live and breathe as the the characters. Sadly yes.. all those professional wrestling fundamentals were pretty much once again lost to time with LU being lost.
