Well ya see if you take my chance of knowing and divide by you're chance of knowing you get a 40% chance of us knowing. Now if you add the rest of the forum and divide the 40% you get a 76% chance of someone knowing.

It has to do with the amount of posts you've made. Scott Steiner has pretty positioned himself as the reverential authority on all things and people wrestling. I'm pretty sure that most of those are a jab at that fact. Having <= 250 posts means you're just cutting your teeth here, or in other words learning to break kayfabe.
