Lol The Authority in 2017...
I think there will always be some form of it. Just like Vince was an on-air presence for many years. In 2016 I think it is Stephanie and her father. I think at some point next year HHH will split away and form an NXT faction. And then in 2017 they reunite - perhaps at WrestleMania 33.

Every scenario is possible with WWE, but your list OP should use more of Kane & Big Show. :vince$

That seems too long a title reign uninterrupted for me. Making him too dominant could cause him to get to WCW Goldberg levels of invincibility, and that gets dull after a while.
I'd have him screwed out of the title at some point so he gets more over with fans that way. It's how they booked Austin and Rock a lot, and it works if you want a babyface to have a feud that isn't just guy goes after his title over and over.
I also think they need to do that former-Shield 3-way dance at some point.

So if he wins the title at WrestleMania and loses it at SummerSlam the following year, how long would he have the title for?... According to my calculations he would have the title for over 500 days.. I would be down with that.. Someone needs to break that 400+ day title reign held by one of the worst champions in history... If anyone will do it, they would give it to Roman Reigns.. I prefer it be Seth Rollins though.

So the WWE Heavyweight championship match at Wrestlemania 32 is gonna be a rematch from Survivor Series?

Yeah.... I'm not interested in that.

Only thing I like is that you think long term.

I also believe that title Reign is too long maybe he drops it to Seth late 2016.

I have hardly WWE in the last six to eight months, so my question is, is Reigns anywhere near over enough to deserve getting a run as the WWE champion?

I have watched most PPVS this year with the exception of Night of Champions but have not watched Raw once since Mania 31. Has anything improved with Reigns to make a push more viable than the one he got in the run up to Mania 31?

I'd have thought Brock would have been the guy most likely to be put in the position to win the title at Mania 32 just going off the PPVs I have watched this year.

It does not matter. If the WWE decides he's to be the next John Cena, the entire company will get behind him. And just like Cena (and Batista in 2005), the quickest way to establish him as the new standard bearer is to have him plow methodically through most of the roster. That includes credibility enhancing wins over Brock Lesnar and John Cena. Since you're appealing to children, this will work just as much as Cena's push did.

And once Reigns is established, once his merchandising sales are number one, then you have the freedom to turn John Cena heel and set up some interesting new matches.
