No one makes vBookie threads anymore. Not often. If a mod makes one (it has to be limited to mods to stop users from making easy bets), you can bet if it isn't closed. There's none opened to my knowledge, though I haven't checked.

I don't think there are any. If he means the "place your bets" threads in PPV, read through the threads, it should be explained in there. If it's not, PM the thread starter and ask.
