can some one please make me a banner if its ok with whoever makes them?

I would like a banner a little smaller then the one i have right now,with a lightning and red background,um......have Rey Mysterio on the left[with light blue mask and pants],and Taker on the right[oldskool]

new document>>>>default colours(press D)>>>>Filter - Render - clouds>>>>Filter - Render - Difference Clouds>>>>Image - adjustment's - invert>>>>Image - Adjustments - Level's -- Move the middle arrow all the way to the right.
