I'm probably making way too many requests, since this is my third one. But I figured, based off how advance some of you are at this stuff, I'll request it anyway. My request is simply for an avatar to be made of the picture:

to be fitted on a gray background, like my current avatar. I'd appreciate if the avatar is as large as possible for a non - premium member.
