Why cant Mcintyre get attacked as he gets out of his car or limo? Or while hes getting interviewed backstage? They do the same contract signings all the time and they never do anything interesting with them. Theyre lazy stupid and they dont care what the viewers want.

Contract signings should only take place for really important matches to give the needed legit feel surrounding them.

Most end up in brawls and broken tables some just an intense staredown.
To be fair both signings are for the main titles so they are important. That being said, yea, lazy as fook

Very lazy, obviously.

It feels like they have been leaning in to the contract signings even more than in the past since this pandemic thing started.

Contract signings and talk shows are all played out. But there is 3hrs of tv that needs to be filled. They could do a mix of current wrestling and some vintage matches.

I thought this one was pretty clever how they just started with the brawl right from the off because you know exactly where it's heading, and they just take you straight there instead of beating round the bush. Once they sat down and started talking it was pretty boring, but watching Asuka shut Ziggler up was pretty funny.

They're cool for big feuds but WWE does them for just about any feud so it gets repetitive. Wasn't necessary for either of these two feuds.

All everything is is just a semgent filler they hope to get by Vince so they can relax for another week. The writers don't give a shit if it's compelling television. They are piecing things together for the approval of one man.

They'd feel more important if they only did it for important matches, but they do it for about every match these days because they run out of ideas on how to progress a feud. Even McIntyre vs Ziggler had a contract signing like anyone gives a fuck about their match lol

Contract signings should really only be reserved for big main event matches that have a big match feel to them. The type of matches like Austin vs. The Rock, Hogan vs. The Rock or Cena vs. The Rock, but having them for a pointless feud like this is wasteful.
