As for the op, I'm pretty sure Pub 46 in Clifton shows them.

I'm sure one of your friends has to have cable or satellite television, if you don't have it yourself. If they're not going to allow you to order on their tv with you offering to pay for it, then I don't see why they would wanna watch a WWE ppv in the first place. In that case it's called streaming. Just google "sports streams" and it will come up with a couple dozen sites all showing the ppv live.
