when u write a private message and send it can u delete the rough draft it saves right away and the private message makes it to the person.

By rough draft...do you mean "sent items?" If so, deleting them does not affect the receiver from getting them.

You can also uncheck the box (the one that says something about saving in the sent folder) before sending the PM.
