Analyze This: On Screen Romances
Though it had nothing to do with sports and wrestling, it plays a major role in the entertainment aspect. Be it Savage/Elizabeth (one of the best wrestlemania moments) or Test/HHH Stephanie or Lita/Edge/Matt or Chuck/Billy or AJ Lee/Bryan/Punk/Cena/Dolph/Kane (Bryan practically made a living out of Yes/No) or Lori/Kane/X-Pac or Stacy/David Flair or Tori/Kidman; on screen "romances" have been used to spice up the programming.
While to each their own, strictly within Kayfabe, which onscreen romance helped in advancing the program and worked in showcasing the talent of the two people involved the best.
