Cesaro won't win the tourney because they won't do a heel vs. heel final (Cesar vs. Barrett). Plus, Swagger and Colter will interfere in the finals. Barrett will win against Big E and drag the feud for another month when Barrett secures his title defense. Then he will move to a program with Ambrose where the US/IC title will be unified. I think that's great, since Barret has slowly gotten reaction from the fans and Ambrose doesn't need the title to hasten the Shield's split.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ambrose vs Barrett, but the title unification seems to me will be the same situation as now - more than enough people on the roster for both belts but they won't book any feuds around the titles.

WWE has done heel vs. heel plenty of times, so saying they definitely won't do that is inaccurate, especially when a heel is as over as Cesaro as a babyface.
