How are they going to finish this feud now that Del Rio is winning the Royal Rumble? Do you think Christian will play a part in the inevitable Edge/Del Rio WHC feud?

Edge used Unprettier in his match with Ziggler, i think that's enough tease that Christian will return soon in order to turn the heat up for Del Rio/Edge feud. In a classic babyface vs. heel feud, the babyface usually wins at the end after returning from injury, but in this case, i'm afraid Christian will merely serve as a fodder to Del Rio to make Del Rio look strong going into WM. I, personally, would love to see Christian getting involved further, you know, like putting him in the match to make it triple threat at WM (the match is not gonna sell, i know), but it's just my preference.

Oh yes, Christian being added to the World Title feud between Edge and Del Rio would actually make it interesting and watchable.

Unfortunately, it just won't happen. It will be a miracle if that happened, and then some.

I realize it won't happen, lol, i just said that i'd prefer that scenario. But i'm curious how they will finish his feud with Del Rio now, i mean, we can't just expect Del Rio to squash Christian just like that and then moves on to a program with Edge, it will be an anticlimatic ending for this feud.

there's about as much chances of Christian getting a World Title shot as WWE making Shaun Morley Val Venis again maybe even less .

No, Christian will have nothing to do with anything. When are you people going to realize WWE does NOT care about Christian? What is it gonna take for it to FINALLY sink in?
Never thought I'd say this, but I agree with you 100%.

The IWC.... or just WF users in general need to get over their hard on for Christian. Fuck yes its sad that he hasn't won the big titles yet... but get the fuck over it

In typical WWE fashion...what is more likely to happen is that at Wrestlemania at the turning point in the match Christain runs out to make the save for Edge...only to deliver the Killswitch to Edge, allowing Del Rio to win...and then the next night on Raw have Christain moved/drafted to Raw and forget that Del Rio is who "injured" Christain and that Edge might now hate Christain and want revenge...

Here's how it's gonna go down:

- Del Rio is gonna have his party on Raw/Smackdown/whenever
- Christian will hit the ring, fuck everything up, and make his return
- Del Rio and Christian will then embark on a 1 month *unfinished business* program
- It will culminate with Del Rio beating Christian at the Elimination Chamber
- Del Rio will go on to face Edge for the WHC at WM.

Why? Quite frankly Del Rio needs something to do between now and the next PPV. He's not gonna be in an Elimination Chamber, and you can't just leave your healthy Royal Rumble winner off the card when you could be using the PPV as a stage to put him over. Bringing Christian back into the fold gives him a program before the WM title program. Perhaps Del Rio can *re-injure* Christian at the EC PPV, thus adding a little more meaning to the Mania match with Edge (maybe during this time Edge and Christian become bff's on-screen so Edge gets really pissed when Del Rio hurts Christian again).

Well, Christian's pec injury apparently took a major step back a couple weeks ago or something, and the rumor mill stated that he wasn't likely to return to WWE TV until after Wrestlemania altogether.

Nevertheless, I don't think WWE ever really cared about a potential Christian/Del Rio feud at all. Christian was there, back in September, to be a sacrificial lamb to the cause of getting Del Rio more over while Mysterio was out at the time. That's all. Christian was apparently going to be Del Rio's first PPV opponent, at Hell in a Cell, but Christian suffered his injury shortly before that, and so they just wrote in the angle of Del Rio "taking Christian out" in the final days of September.

Del Rio just went into another proverbial weight class, so to speak, with his winning the Rumble match. An actual, multi-week feud between Del Rio and Christian just doesn't seem to be in the works. I could see him being utilized as part of the Del Rio/Edge program, though--like Quarrel was utilized in Dr. No. He's probably destined to be cast as the doomed buddy of the hero.

If you would've told me 6 months ago when he debuted on SmackDown that he would win the Royal Rumble then I would've thought your insane. There are plenty of other wrestlers like Christian that were more deserving of winning the Royal Rumble. It was all set up for the two childhood friends and 7-time Tag Team Champions to fight at WrestleMania XXVII. The build up would've been amazing leading to WrestleMania for a World Heavyweight Championship Match between Edge and Christan. I am not a fan of Alberto Del Rio at all so I'm not looking forward to his inevitable match against Edge at WrestleMania.

Anyone thinks Del Rio is actually headed to Raw? He's there more than often in last few weeks.
