Still got a perfect bracket through 4 games!!! I believe the longest I have ever gone on day 1 with a perfect bracket is 7 games.

Belmont should have won that game. Nobody to blame but themselves. I had them winning and there goes my perfect bracket :(

UCF choked in the last few minutes.

If Duke is gonna go 10-25 from 3, you just have to tip your cap because it's not happening again.

My best bracket ever. 13/16 right this weekend, all my Elite 8 teams still alive......and of course this is the year where I only enter one small pool where I might win maybe $50. Ugh.

Refa giving that game to Duke. Duke winning helping my bracket buy still.....SMH!
Awww come on, refs didnt have any effect on the outcome, which is how it should be.

- the 5th foul on Tacko was legit...he went up, his arms collapsed and werent vertical when he hit Zion

- the "charge" on Zion before that that wasnt called was a good no call, more of a flop since Zion's shoulder didnt really drop and he didnt push off...you dont call a charge at that moment unless its 100% clear and that wasnt

- please dont tell me you also think Barrett pushed off, "if" he did its the weakest push off Ive ever seen

- plenty of no calls on Tacko fouling Zion that werent called

I am a Duke fan so you can take what I say with a grain of salt but I legit believe the officiating was fine.

I really think that game may have been one of the better college basketball games Ive seen in a while, well maybe since UNC/Duke in ACC championship. Dawkins kid can play, or at least he showed out in this game. I was very surprised how tough they played Duke. Seth Greenberg was on ESPN this morning kind of breaking down how UCF tried to keep Duke out the paint or at least cause a lot of disruption. If a team can make Duke shoot, they will be in trouble. O'Connell is a good shooter and I dont know if he saw the court vs. UCF.

Duke fan.... That makes sense then! In reality hell of a game though. Would not hate another Duke v UNC game. One of if not the biggest rivalries in all of college sports (obviously biggest basketball wise).

Ha I am a big Duke fan but also a big basketball fan and am usually unbiased when it comes to officiating. One of my best friends is a big UNC fan and we get on each other pretty good about the rivalry.

Yes Duke and UNC is prob the biggest basketball rivalry and the basketball rivalry may be the best in all of sports (I am biased about this).

Their first 3 games were good ball games, even without Zion for the first 2. The ACC semifinal game was a hell of a ball game. I would love to see these two playing for the national title, although if Duke gets beat I may have to move off the grid to avoid all the crap Ill catch.

I went to college for 4 years in Charlotte, NC so I was always in discussions whenever these teams played basketball. Never really chose a team though. I did love NCSU fans trying to talk crap about Duke and UNC. Definitely and by far the biggest basketball rivalry. Just look at the records over the past 100+ games. Seemed record was about 50% and total points scored were pretty close. Lots of national titles, ACC championships, and a bunch of NBA talent. Duke definitely seems to get the better / NBA ready talent more recently though.

Yes, here recently Duke has the edge on NBA talent, but overall I still give it to UNC. Some of those 90s teams into the 00s, there were some legends in the NBA from UNC. Both have had disappointments, though...I had high expectations for people like Forte, Hansborough, Sean May, McCants from UNC and Hill (hurt a lot), Laettner, Wojo, and a couple more from Duke and I dont know if Harry Giles will ever be ok health wise, and he was a super high rated recruit out of high school.

I have met a handful of people from NC and I always ask Duke or UNC and havent had anyone take either yet, they are either NC State or Wake fans.

I was asked that question occasionally. I told them UNC Charlotte. Even though I don't really care about my alma mater.
