Mongolian Chop? except the person is facing backwards. I don't like that move, it's so obvious he's just clapping his hands and not making any real contact. it reminds me of when wrestlers do a knee drop on the ground and land right above the wrestler's head without making any contact at all and the cameras use an angle to try and hide it. Flair would do that a lot.

you're right, bell clap is different because it strikes the head instead of the chest.

but the way Priest does it still sucks.

here is better versions:

the way Priest does it totally relies on the camera angle to try and make it look convincing which they still fail to do despite how often they change the angle every 2 seconds

I think it's actually a pumphandle transitioned into a one handed powerbomb.
It's just that sometimes it becomes a regular pumphandle because the reciever is too heavy, or botches it by not jumping high enough.

Look at the one in the OP and this one to Dakota Kai.

Now compare that to these:

Someone more knowledgeable may correct me, but I'm pretty sure that's a T-bone sublex.
T-Bone suplex is kind of a leg hook fallaway slam, wheras an exploder is pretty much a release northen lights suplex.
