Re: Manchester United Signs New Striker!

Good record in the Mexican league & four goals in as many appearances for his country against North Korea & Bolivia...there's not much to be said really until he actually plays. We should've got Sneijder when we had the chance, it's another proven midfielder we need, not players with 'potential' who will turn up when they feel like it.

of course I won't say it's like Serie A or the Premier but in North America the top 2 leagues are the Mexican and MLS, it's a complicated situation, good players but bad management (TV station/ teamonwer's agendas and stuff like that)...

I know, CONCACAF is a shithole ...

Well like they say the prove is in the pudding! Yeah I know what you mean by "what sort of quality is the league?", Well I can tell you this Mexican League is the best paid in South & North America so that should say something, Also has had good International preformance.

Only I will say now is give him a chance to prove him self "THEN AND ONLY THEN" we will know how great of a player he really is.

Re: Manchester United Signs New Striker!

^^^ just because its the best paid league in the area doesn't make it quality. The A-League is the best paid league in Oceania (okay so we're up against small islands who i don't even know if they have a domestic competition) but the quality is still pretty bad.

Re: Manchester United Signs New Striker!

The Mexican league isn't that bad.

I'd actually say it's on par with the 2nd-tier European leagues. Like Greece, Belgium, Switzerland, and whatnot.

And I hate Mexican footballers, and their league.

He's fucking shite. He needs some major improvement before he puts a United shirt on again, barring it being a reserve kit.

Hernandez could develop into a good player, I just don't see where he would fit in right now. Second string side alongside Dimitar up front?(Poor Owen)

Beckon., I'd be surprised if Berba isn't nearly at the end of his Manchester United journey.
