Loved seeing Bama lose. The playoff needs to be expanded to eight teams so we can get a bit more diversity of teams. The champions of the Power 5 should automatically qualify. The current format has become a bore.

I concur with this. I'd also abolish any kind of decision committee and have it completely decided on the field who gets in. 5 auto births for the 5 conference champions, regardless of record, and 3 wild cards decided by tie breakers similar to how it is in the NFL.

Damn, that was an ass-whooping. Bama out here giving up more points to Clemson than Notre Dame did lol. And I too want to see the playoff expanded to 8.

Dabo Swinney is a very nice and classy man

This game coulda been 58-16 or worse easy

Dabo never runs up the score unnecessarily that I've ever seen

55-4 in the last 4 seasons and the 4 times he's lost the way he's talked up the teams that beat him (Alabama 2x, Pitt, Syracuse) in his postgame presser you'd think those teams were all a combination of the '07 Patriots and the '62 Packers

There has been an AEWakening... have you felt it?

The mark wars have begun again

DAMN THAT TRACK IS HOT

THAT'S GOTTA BE KANE (IS BACK) (AGAIN)

RIP Robin

SPACE FORCE!

Re: College Football Thread 2018-2019

Im prob in the minority of people that think its fine just the way it is. There are always going to be arguments about who should get in, and what teams schedule was better and blah blah. In the end, the best two teams in college football were in the National Title game. Even when the BCS was just them picking the 2 best teams to play in the natty, I still think they got it right every year but one and that was the year Auburn went undefeated. Either way, going to an 8 team playoff would prob get me to watch more since those bowls would have more meaning but I really dont think is necessary.

Anybody think Dabo is going to Bama in a few years when Saban retires?? I kept hearing that was his plan but I really dont think he leaves Clemson but the next couple years could be telling.
