Of course he doesn't have the charisma or the look or the mic skills of Seth Rollins or Roman Reigns. Totally makes sense.

All Time
Steve Austin, Chris Jericho, Undertaker, Mankind, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Batista, Cm Punk, The Rock, Bret Hart, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero

Current
Everyone is buried.

Vince McMahon does not see Cesaro as a major star for the company, even if Cesaro enjoys a certain level of popularity.

Even during the time that he was over, He just nitpicked on Cesaro about that "brass ring" and how he's not getting that push. Old news to be honest. Pretty sure Cesaro's happy with the money he's making, unless he's thinking of leaving WWE when his contract expires.

Doesn't work. Even with a mouthpiece his body language is poor, he doesn't have much charisma, his look is decent but not amazing, the only star quality he's got is his in ring work, and in that he can hang with anybody.

Compare that with Lesnar, who is is 11/10 in look, presence, body language etc. as well as being an excellent athlete. He's trash on the mic but Heyman is 11/10 there and they have a great natural chemistry so it works.

Normally having a mouthpiece condemns you to the midcard anyway. Brock Lesnar is not Paul Heyman's only client, he also had Cesaro, Curtis Axel and Ryback, how did their careers work out? Cesaro had Aksana, how did that go? Where do you think the Lashley story ends? I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it's not going to end well for Lashley.

If it were up to me I'd give him a push, see if godlike ring work and effective heels can get someone over, in the same way people like certain boring real athletes for their amazing abilities. I thought the Mahal title reign was a great opportunity to get someone like him over. I just don't think it's going to happen though. Maybe in NXT.

This wasn't news -- it was Meltzer speculating.

Cesaro is fucking amazing in the ring. It's a shame that they can't find something better for him to do. Fuck, just let him wrestle Daniel Bryan one week. The guy would be an excellent addition to NXT.

Who doesn't know this by now?

It is one of the more baffling booking decisions that WWE has been behind for years. At least Cesaro is put in a position to wrestle prominently on TV.

Don't know what you are talking about, but Cesaro does possess charisma. Just watch his appearance on RAW after he won the Andre the Giant Batle Royal at WM. He does have a pretty good look; he's got a better look and presence about him than Rollins.

It was working fine until Vince saw that Cesaro was getting better face reactions with the "King of Swing" persona than his chosen one. So what do they do? They take away the things from him that actually made him popular like the swing move and Heyman himself. That cooled him off, that's on Vince not Cesaro or Heyman.

Does Aksana have the mic skills of Heyman or Lana? Come on dude.

Then you clearly don't know Vince's way of booking. The story will end with Lashley smashing/burying Rusev and taking away his girl. The only thing that will derail this plan is if Rusev suddenly gets Daniel Bryan 2014 reactions.

He needs to leave that company like yesterday.

I've always agreed with Vince's opinion on Cesaro. He's a great midcarder but nothing more. He has great matches with people and makes them look good. Not everyone needs to be shot to the top.

Is this november 2014 or what?

On a serious note, Cesaro is the guy they should use for the one-off title match at C PPVs like Clash of Champions and Hell in a Cell. No need to have always the same guys challenging/holding the title; there's a shit ton of people floundering, give them a micro-push and they're good to lay down for the champ.
